What we collect
When you run a presence scan, book a call, or start a plan, we collect the information you enter — business name, contact name, email, phone number — plus, if you check out, whatever Stripe returns from its hosted payment page (we never see or store your card number).
How we use it
To answer your booking, run the presence scan you asked for, and manage your plan if you become a customer. We don’t sell contact information, and we don’t share it with anyone outside the vendors that make the site work (see below).
Who else sees it
- Stripe — processes payments; card data never touches our servers.
- Google (PageSpeed Insights, Places API) — used server-side to run the presence scan against publicly available data about your business.
- Our email provider — used only to send the confirmations and notifications you trigger by booking or subscribing.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as needed to run the business and comply with tax and accounting obligations. Email us at hello@keystonedigitalsolutions.io to request deletion of your information.
